As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor my approach to you and your unique story. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain insight, and build tools for healing and growth.
I have experience working with a range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, addiction, low self-esteem, eating disorders, OCD and many others. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore what matters most to you.
